ENERGY COMMUNITIES
Practice Areas
The Community Leads
Ready-To-Go Sites
Communities shape their own energy leadership future and we partner with them to build it.Â
ECI and the community profile ready to go sites where pre-permitting, existing infrastructure, rail and more mean next-generation energy can be built quickly.Â
Accelerate
Ready-To-Go Investors
We partner with projects to accelerate permitting, incentives, interconnection, and community benefit agreements before anyone is asked to invest. Catalytic capital takes on the early risk private investors won't.
Investment-ready projects attract investment. We bring them to the Jackson Hole Investor Group's accredited investors and national partners, and each deal becomes a template for the next community.
Energy communities already have what clean, next-generation energy needs to scale: land, transmission, rail, and a skilled workforce. Energy Communities Investing (ECI) partners directly with these communities to build local capacity, structure investment-ready projects, and mobilize the capital to bring them to life. We aim to prove the clean energy, good local jobs and thriving communities, and strong returns for investors go hand in hand. We are working to pilot our approach in Campbell County, Wyoming, America's largest coal-producing county.
The Elements of Energy Communities Investing

Examples In Action
Build Here:Â Eight builders, from microreactors to graphite share why they are building in Wyoming energy communities.
The Next American Energy Economy Is Already Built:
Campbell County's transmission, rail, shovel-ready industrial sites, and skilled workforce are already drawing investment.
From WyoFile: In the energy town of Kemmerer, TerraPower is building Wyoming's first nuclear reactor, sited for the land, water, and transmission already there.
